Is this belt 7mm or 10mm thick?
This model is 7mm thick. It is a separate product from the Gymreapers 10mm lever and single-prong lifting belts.
Is the belt the same width all the way around?
No. It features a contoured design with a 4-inch-high back and a narrower profile around the sides.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure around your core at belly-button height and compare your measurement with the size chart above. Do not select your belt size based solely on your pants size.
Does this belt have a lever closure?
No. This model uses an adjustable metal buckle. If you prefer a lever-style closure, explore the Gymreapers lever belt options available through Gym Crash Depot.
Does the belt include a carrying bag?
Yes. A carrying bag is included for convenient storage and transport.
Measure where you brace—not where your jeans sit. Take your core measurement at belly-button height before choosing a size. Your belt should fit securely while allowing you to expand your abdomen against it when bracing for a lift.
