The InFlight Fitness SHAPE-I is a commercial-grade, two-station functional training system that combines a half rack with an integrated punching bag station, dip bars, box jump platform, and equipment storage. Designed to maximize training variety while minimizing floor space, the SHAPE-I is an excellent solution for strength and conditioning facilities, athletic performance centers, tactical training gyms, and commercial fitness facilities.
In-Flight SHAPE-I
The InFlight SHAPE-I brings together several of the most popular functional training stations into one durable, commercial-grade system. Instead of dedicating valuable floor space to multiple standalone pieces of equipment, the SHAPE-I allows users to perform barbell training, bodyweight exercises, boxing drills, plyometric workouts, and conditioning exercises from one centralized station.
At the heart of the system is a heavy-duty half rack designed for traditional strength training with barbells. Adjacent to the rack is a dedicated functional training station featuring a punching bag mount, dip bars, and a box jump platform, allowing users to seamlessly transition between strength, power, and conditioning exercises.
Built for high-volume commercial environments, the SHAPE-I encourages dynamic training while supporting multiple users simultaneously. Integrated storage shelves help keep accessories organized, making it a practical centerpiece for functional training zones in commercial gyms, collegiate athletic facilities, tactical fitness centers, and performance training studios.
