The upgraded Power Plate® my5™ brings Power Plate's whole-body vibration technology into a refined platform designed for home exercise and rehabilitation applications. Its larger platform provides more room to move, while the handled column adds stability for more dynamic exercises.
Frequency can be adjusted from 30–40 Hz in precise 1 Hz increments, with Low and High amplitude settings that allow users to customize each session. A 5-inch LCD touchscreen provides control over frequency, amplitude, and workout time, while a lower repeat control and included remote offer additional ways to operate the machine.
The my5 also incorporates Power Plate's patented PrecisionWave™ Technology and DualSync™ Twin Motor System, engineered to deliver controlled, synchronized vibration across its available frequency and amplitude settings.
