The Power Plate® pro5HP™ is a commercial-grade, columnless Whole Body Vibration platform built for high-performance training. Its expansive 38" × 33" platform, 500 lb maximum load, 360-degree access, 25–50 Hz frequency range, remote control, PrecisionWave™ Technology, and Dual Sync™ Twin Motor System create a versatile training platform for commercial facilities, sports performance environments, and serious home training.
Power Plate Pro5HP
The Power Plate pro5HP takes a different approach to Whole Body Vibration by eliminating the traditional upright column. The columnless configuration gives users 360-degree access around the platform, providing freedom for static, dynamic, and plyometric exercises while also allowing the platform to integrate with additional training equipment such as a squat rack.
Its commercial-grade platform supports loads up to 500 lb and provides a substantial 38"W × 33"D training surface. Frequency is adjustable from 25–50 Hz in precise 1 Hz increments, with Low and High amplitude settings for additional control over vibration intensity.
A user-friendly interactive display and included remote control allow settings to be adjusted without requiring a traditional upright console. Power Plate's PrecisionWave™ Technology and Dual Sync™ Twin Motor System provide the vibration technology at the heart of the pro5HP.

Columnless Design & 360° Access
The pro5HP eliminates the traditional upright column, allowing users to move around the entire platform. The open design accommodates a broad range of static, dynamic, and plyometric movements and allows the platform to be incorporated alongside other exercise equipment.
500 lb Maximum Load
With a maximum supported load of 500 lb, the pro5HP is engineered for demanding training applications and provides additional capacity for users and exercises involving external resistance.
25–50 Hz Frequency Range
Frequency can be adjusted from 25 to 50 Hz in precise 1 Hz increments, providing extensive control over vibration settings for different exercises and training protocols.
Low / High Amplitude
Low and High vibration-energy-output settings provide another level of adjustment to customize the training experience.
PrecisionWave™ Technology
Power Plate's patented PrecisionWave™ Technology is engineered to produce controlled vibration that engages the body's natural reflexive response.
Dual Sync™ Twin Motor System
The DualSync Twin Motor System maintains precise balance across frequency and amplitude levels while synchronizing vibration output.
Remote Control
The included remote allows users or trainers to change settings during a workout without interrupting the exercise to access the machine controls.
Large Training Surface
The 38"W × 33"D platform provides substantial usable space for different exercise positions and training movements.

Coverage Warranty Period Hardware 3 Years Electronics 1 Year Labor 1 Year What is the difference between the Power Plate pro5HP and a traditional upright Power Plate?
The pro5HP uses a columnless design, providing 360-degree access around its platform. This creates greater freedom for static, dynamic, and plyometric exercises and allows the machine to be integrated with additional exercise equipment. What is the maximum load of the Power Plate pro5HP?
The pro5HP supports a maximum load of 500 lb / 227 kg.What frequency range does the pro5HP offer?
The machine operates from 25–50 Hz, adjustable in precise 1 Hz increments, with Low and High amplitude settings. Can the pro5HP settings be controlled while exercising?
Yes. In addition to its interactive controls, the pro5HP includes a remote control, allowing the user or trainer to adjust settings without interrupting the workout. What comes with the Power Plate pro5HP?
The equipment package includes two hand straps, rubber mat, remote control, Instructions for Use, exercise poster, dust cover, and power cord. The biggest advantage of the pro5HP is the columnless platform. Instead of treating it as a standalone station that has to face one direction, consider how it can be incorporated into the surrounding training space. Its 360-degree access makes it particularly useful where coaches want to combine Whole Body Vibration with free-weight, bodyweight, or other performance-training movements.
