This machine ships by LTL freight. Freight is quoted based on the shipment and delivery details. Standard service is curbside or to a loading dock; residential delivery requires an appointment and liftgate. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly, installation, and packaging removal are not included in standard freight service. Arrange any additional services before shipment.

QLI’s limited warranty lists parts coverage from the invoice date: 10 years for the frame and welds, 3 years for moving parts, including pulleys and cables, and 1 year for upholstery, pads, and grips.
