The Shuttle Systems TNT combines rehabilitation, strength training, and plyometric exercise in one versatile platform. With 6–250 lbs of progressive elastic resistance, six backrest positions, a 450-lb carriage capacity, and all-aluminum construction, the TNT is designed for applications ranging from light rehabilitation to explosive plyometric training.
Shuttle Systems TNT
The Shuttle TNT—Training ‘n’ Therapy—is designed to accommodate both rehabilitation and performance-based training. Its progressive elastic resistance provides 6–250 lbs at full extension, allowing resistance to be adapted to the needs of the user and training application.
The carriage features 40 inches of travel and a six-position adjustable backrest with supine, 20°, 25°, 35°, 40°, and 45° positions. Adjustable hand grips provide additional positioning options, while the padded kickplate and non-weight-bearing exercise position are designed to protect the joints and spine on impact.
For performance applications, the TNT supports closed-chain exercise and jumping protocols and allows plyometric training in a less-than-body-weight environment.
The TNT provides an unusually broad range of training possibilities on one platform. Its adjustable positioning and progressive resistance allow it to transition from light rehabilitation and controlled closed-chain exercise to leg press and explosive plyometric training.
