Which pin size should I order?
Choose 5/8-inch or 1-inch pins based on your compatible rack’s mounting holes. Confirm fit before purchase; diameter alone does not establish compatibility with every rack.Does the kit include both pin sizes?
No. It includes two pins in the size you select. What exercises can I perform?
The manufacturer demonstrates presses, rows, lower-body movements, and core exercises. Equipment and accessory requirements vary by movement. Are the footplate and hip belt included?
No. These are optional accessories sold separately.Does my rack need to be secured?
Yes. Follow the manufacturer’s rack-stability and setup instructions before using the system.Plan your exercises before you buy the accessories.
